Terms & Conditions - Free Ribbons
The promotion will run from Oct 18, 2006 – June 30, 2007 and applies to TallyGenicom UK customers only.
End users that purchase any configuration of the 2248 or 2348 printer (new, not second hand) are entitled to receive 5 ribbons per printer model that they purchase and take delivery of during the promotional period.
After the user receives the printer(s) they must register via the claim form. Upon successful verification by TallyGenicom, the 5 free ribbons will be sent to the user shipping prepaid.
User is entitled to only 5 free ribbons per printer model purchased during the promotion period; it is assumed that 5 ribbons equal one years worth of printing. Users are not eligible to receive more then 5 ribbons regardless of their actual print volume.
End user must claim their free ribbons no later than July 31, 2007 to be valid.
TallyGenicom expects to ship the free ribbons within 5 business days of receiving a valid claim.

The Trade-Up Value is payable, subject to TallyGenicom’s agreement and on a one for one basis. A copy of the registration form, proof of purchase in the form of a hard copy of your invoice and an invoice for the trade-up value is also required. Please forward to:-

To qualify for free collection and disposal of your old printer. The printers must be on a ground floor location that is reasonably accessible. Restrictions to this service will apply. No specialist equipment or additional personnel should be required to effect collection. Please clearly mark goods to be returned “TallyGenicom Trade-Up Programme."

A cheque for the Trade-Up Value will be returned from TallyGenicom within 30 days. The cheque will be made payable to the person or organisation shown on the invoice.
