The Free black Toner offer is available on 8124Ns and 8026DN/DTNs purchased purchased between 3rd January 2006 and 31st August 2008.

2. The Free black Toner offer applies to TallyGenicom UK Customers only. This promotion is intended for end users and cannot be claimed for the purpose of resale. The free black toner cannot be exchanged for any other goods and services.

3. The Free Black toner promotion is not transferable and can only be claimed by the original purchaser.

4. To be eligible to claim your free black toner you must purchase a new 8124N or 8026DN/DTN (not second hand) between the dates specified by the promotion and register your claim within 60 days of purchasing your printer.

5. You can register your free toner claim by clicking here and completing the form. You will need information such as printer serial number, who you bought your printer from and permission to send marketing material etc. will be required. Forms for returning the empty toner cartridges can also be downloaded by clicking here T8024N Returns Form, 8124 Returns Form, 8026DN/DTN Returns Form, 8008 Returns Form.

6. This promotion is conditional to using TallyGenicom original supplies and consumables.

7. Once Registered, TallyGenicom will send you 1 free black toner. Please keep this toner in its packaging as this will be required to send back your initial used black toner back to us.

8. Once the initial Black toner in the printer has run out, send the empty cartridge back to TallyGenicom in the packaging supplied with the new black toner. Insert a "Return Form" and a "Printer Settings" page from your printer into the box and post back to the address below. TallyGenicom will update its records and send you another free black toner. Again please keep this in its packaging as it will be required to send back the next empty cartridge.

9. 8124N and 8026DN/DTN: TallyGenicom will free issue a maximum of 3 black toner cartridges for the first years life of the printer.

10. TallyGenicom shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of free black toner

11. TallyGenicom shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such actions as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent claims.

12. The decision of TallyGenicom acting reasonably is final. TallyGenicom accepts no responsibility for claims or accompanying documentation lost, misdirected, illegible, mutilated or altered. Claims that do not comply with terms and conditions may be disqualified.

13. TallyGenicom will not be liable for any disruption to this promotion due to technical problems or otherwise which is beyond reasonable control.
